Stayed at this establishment for 3 nights. Overall I’ll give my experience a 6-10. The Hotel was nice and clean overall,I didn’t talk to the staff much hit when I did they were nice, friendly and respectful. My major complaints about my stay are that the shower was giving us issues with the hot water. Had to wait upwards to 30 minutes for the water to even get warm, and one day the hot water wasn’t working at all. I’m not sure if it was just our specific room but even though the room was nice and clean there was an odor of musk that I just couldn’t get rid of. Wiped down everything twice and literally emptied out 2 cans of air fresheners and still the smell wouldn’t go away. The last con I have is the “breakfast” they give out in the morning. For them to advertise “free breakfast” I would expect the standard, waffles, cereal, bagels etc but nope, all they had was a little table in the lobby with coffee. Packets of Quaker Oats oatmeal, grain bars and muffins the sizes of a slightly larger golf ball. I’m a HUGE breakfast guy and that for me was a big hit.

recently stayed at Extended Stay Secaucus, and unfortunately, my experience was far from great. My car was broken into on multiple occasions during my stay, and to make matters worse, I found my tires flat as well. When I approached the hotel staff about the incidents, I was told that their security cameras were either not working properly or didn’t capture any useful footage. It’s extremely concerning that a hotel of this size does not have reliable surveillance to ensure the safety of guests and their vehicles. I expected at least some level of security, but the lack of functioning cameras made the situation even more frustrating. Aside from this major issue, the hotel itself was decent, but the safety concerns completely overshadowed any positives. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel significantly improves its security measures.
