Tamer at the front desk was extremely helpful! My husband was sick and he got a Dr for him. This truly felt like a home away from home. the location is amazing... everything is right at the front door and everything is within walking distance. The pool and spa are excellent as well. Rooms are big for Israel. Please go to Israel and enjoy this nice hotel!

The Herbert Samuel in Jerusalem provides incredible value for money and world-leading service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, helpful, and committed to customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always followed up on requests to make sure things had been sorted or resolved. It's not the cheapest hotel around this area, but with the Herbert Samuel, you get way more than you pay for. I look forward to my next stay there.

Tamar at reception is a great host and representative of the hotel. Large rooms and shower space. Beautiful pool and spa area. Breakfast is worth waking up and to die for. Highly recommend.
