The hotel is mostly clean and in a good location. We were traveling with our 4.5-month-old baby, and it was great that a baby cot was available. The stay was a bit noisy because of construction nearby. Housekeeping could be better – room service plates were cleared but a bowl of chili sauce was left on the table, and we asked for extra towels for the baby’s bath but they weren’t available so we used hand towels. The floor towel in the toilet wasn’t replaced, and there were some hairs on the bathroom floor. Carpark is available but super confusing! It felt like driving thru a maze.? Overall, a decent stay.

My go to hotel for a JB staycation, room is clean and considerably well maintained, staff is efficient at check in counter, would have loved to swim in one of my favorite hotel pools in JB but it was spoilt by huge family groups fooling around in the pool, probably wrong timing it’s New Year’s Day.

Nice and clean hotel. Just one irritating and disappointing issue during my stay: I called housekeeping to request bottled water sent to my room but there was no reply, so my call was transferred to front desk. Made request to front desk, she said ok and will send someone up. After waiting for MORE THAN AN HOUR and still no water delivered. I had to go down myself to the lobby and collect the bottled water myself from the staff. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I'm fairly certain I'll be staying at Capri JB again.

Room is generally good although aircon had some issues. Sometimes on sometimes off. Also I have stayed here a couple of times and I have never gotten a response when I requested for late check out- I am fine whether it’s yes or no but not sure what’s with the “no response”

1) Those driving can forget about it. That route toward hotel will jam during busy hours . 2) after verifying ur credit card , u only have mins to drive out and the carpark is like a maze .
