Noise: You may hear waves, island roosters, occasional cars, and sometimes neighboring guests. This is a condo, so some shared-wall noise is possible.
Bugs: We are on a tropical island. Even with regular cleaning and care, you may occasionally see ants or other island bugs.
The condo is located across the street from the ocean and tucked away behind Ali‘i Drive in a quiet, family-oriented complex. You are close to the action, but still able to relax.

Maximum of 4 guests, including children, strictly enforced by condo rules
Quiet hours are 9 pm–9 am
No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors
Guests who violate these rules may be evicted by condo management
