AP13 - Family friendly holiday home in Kamala

Nestled in the heart of Kamala, this holiday home offers a great set of amenities for every traveler. You’ll find your sanctuary at AP Grand Residence, a secured complex that blends lush, forested surroundings and convenient location. The beach, local shops, spas, the Kamala Night Market, Big C supermarket, restaurants, and bars are all just a short drive away. We highly recommend renting a car or scooter to make the most of your island exploration.
Inside, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen and a convenient laundry room.
The first floor hosts two of the three bedrooms. The rear bedroom boasts a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the front, the master bedroom overlooks the central pool area and features a larger en-suite, as well as the added benefit of a private balcony.
On the top floor, you'll find the third bedroom with its en-suite at the rear. The remainder of this level is dedicated to a large terrace, offering a wonderful space for enjoying the outdoors.
The residence also features a large communal pool with a sundeck and sun loungers, alongside a separate children's pool and a spa pool, free parking and 24/7 security guards.

Electricity usage of 30 kWh/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the ACs. Please turn off the ACs and lights when leaving
Cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee on request. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.
