CityGate Kamala Resort & Residence is located in Kamala, a highly sought after area of Phuket. Kamala Beach has much to offer, with multiple eateries to suit all tastes and budgets, water sports, Phuket FantaSea, the Kamala Night Market and the world-famous Café del Mar all close by. The beach is a short walk away or can be reached via the complimentary shuttle bus. Local shops including a pharmacy and a 7/11 are a short walk away too.

Kamala is ideally situated between Laguna / Bang Tao with its own beautiful beach and beach clubs, and Patong with its world-renowned night life, all less than 20 minutes’ drive. Surin, another beautiful beach, famous for celebrities, is less than 10 minutes away. Or head further afield and explore the rest of Phuket and its many islands.

CHECK IN / OUT
Check in is from 3pm to 8pm, please let us know beforehand of your likely arrival time. We can arrange check in at other times, let us know in advance. Check out is before 11am.

WIFI
High speed wifi (500mps) is included in the room rate.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A 2,000 THB deposit is payable in cash or by card, at or before check in, which will be returned at check out, minus the cost of any damaged or lost items outstanding.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is charged additionally at 250 THB per night, payable at check in.

ROOM CAPACITY
The maximum capacity is 2 adults plus one child under 10 (one king size double and one sofa bed available). There is an additional charge of 300 THB per night for a third guest (child) to stay, payable at check in. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a little person with you so your room can be prepared.

HOUSEKEEPING
Bedding and towels are provided. Cleaning services including linen and towel change, are available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact our team anytime for information.

CAR HIRE
If you need to rent a car, airport transfer, or help re booking tours or other services, please let us know.

SMOKING, PETS, PARTIES AND KEYS
No smoking, no pets, no parties. There is a 10,000 THB fine for any smoking violation.

KEYS AND CARDS
Please don't lose the room card, gym card or keys as there is a 2,000 THB fee for replacing each of them.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Guests are fully responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. The host and property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or theft that may occur on the premises or while using any of the building facilities.

Guests agree to take appropriate precautions, especially when supervising children or using the pool. Please secure all valuables and ensure doors and windows are locked when the unit is unattended.

By confirming this reservation, guests accept full liability for any damage or loss caused by themselves or their guests and agree to cover associated costs if required.
