Only Quietness was great, less the last day when workers from the resort which is in construction in fact, come to work and assaulted us from every corner.
Overall we are very disappointed and frustrated for all misleading information provided on the website and by the local representative that told us, after we found out that we are surrounded by villas in construction, that the workers will come to work on 4th after we will leave. Pool is amazing but can’t be used because the Chloride concentration in water is much higher than normal. We had red eyes and dry hair, after the first day.
No cleaning in villa all period, no towels changed, no pool towels.
No care about clients. No detergent in the kitchen, no sponge, no toilet paper more than 1 pcs per bathroom. We always rented villas in vacation but never felt so disappointed and lied like here. No information about surroundings, no information about taxi(only airport taxi), no information about were to eat. Extremely big “deposit” 500 Euro/600 USD/20000 BHT for nothing. In the first moment I try to complained by phone to someone from the office, the lady told me “if you are not satisfied you can leave “??!! With 2 kids, and full prepaiment, in full season. This says everything. Lack of interest, good sense, customer service and understanding of a business that should be “win-win”. Phuket is himself too touristic area with scammers everywhere. I advise you to double check the real rental condition before to advertise.
