Beds are super uncomfy, toilet barely worked, and the bedding is just a flat sheet tucked in, with two flat sheets serving as a “duvet cover” (Ours was stained….). I know it is a lower priced hotel, but would be nice to have ore than flat sheets. The “free” breakfast was across the street but no one told us. Originally booked a jacuzzi suite but between Expedia and their system, we needed up getting the two room suite… not sure how that happened. All around, it was only $150 so I didn’t expect the worlds comfiest bed… but would have liked more communication around where breakfast is, and proper duvets.

The staff were so nice and friendly. The room was clean and the pool and hot tub were clean as well. The price was good too and was nice to be right across the street from the hospital. Will definitely stay here again

They charged me for 2 nights and I was only there for 1 night. As a pensioner, in these hard times, I can't afford this. It's taking food from our table.

This property is run down and dirty The walls are very thin and the pipes bang It is located in a very unsafe part of town with precautions in place The pool area is rundown and filthy

Check in was friendly. We had trouble getting the door open and when we did first thing I noticed was a big wad of dark hair on the floor. There were no glasses other than paper coffee cups to have a drink, although there was an ice bucket. The toilet paper holder was so old and rusted I had trouble trying to put on a new roll. There was a ceiling tile missing in the bathroom and there was holes in the bathroom door and the wall that had been plastered but not sanded, Kuster painted over. The floor was filthy. I had to wipe up a spill and the cloth was so dirty it was disgusting. On the plus side the shower stall was fairly new and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was close to the hospital. It was far too expensive for an old accommodation..

Ski stop in Kamloops.

We stayed at Travelodge for a couple of days skiing at Sun Peaks. The hotel is undergoing renovations and our room was warm, clean and comfortable beds. The location was 45 mins from resort and close to lots of affordable choices for meals and drinks. One complaint, the room rate advertises breakfast included. It is false to claim it as breakfast as it barely contains the nutritional value a kindergarten child requires. A 200 ml juice box, a toddlers yogurt, half a Costco muffin and an apple is not the basis of a nutritional breakfast. To label it Breakfast is IMO an affront. Travelodge’s competitors offer far better value breakfasts.
