Woke up with a sore back each night. Beds are not firm. Also, the insulation between floors is the worst I have ever experienced. We could hear stomping feet from the floor above all day and night. Shoddy construction

Great staff! The room was very clean. My only complaint - and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars - was they did not clear the snow and ice from the sidewalks. I understand that it's difficult to clear snow and ice from a parking lot full of cars, but there is no excuse for disregarding of the safety of others.
