Convenient location for shopping and restaurants but the hotel is not in great condition. Looks like they are updating some things but repairs made throughout the room look sloppy and make it look unkept.

The evening staff seemed quite nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast was not bad. Overall a good few hours rest to help make our trip smooth.

The service was average. There were a couple broken outlets. None of the outlets were conducive to conveniently charging devices. AC unit was very noisy. Definitely doesn't live up to the name of the hotel.

Not be back....

The hotel was being remodeled which is fine but the rooms that are not yet remodeled are terrible. The bath tub didn't hold water, the water was hardly warm and the carpet is disgusting as was the pull out couch my grandson had to sleep on. The first room they gave us. The thermostat didn't even work :(

There is a ton of remodeling happening so dust in the air and materials laying all over. We actually needed to leave a day early because my wife’s allergies couldn’t handle it. I was disappointed that they would not refund our last day. I know they were turning people down because they had no rooms left. No doubt they sold our room, probably at twice the rate I paid.

Ants Ants Ants ! All over the room. The a/c, the counter, refrigerator and beds. Unacceptable for a hotel of this class and brand. No, prior notice that the hotel was being renovated. There were shower enclosures and other various construction materials throughout the hallways blocking the ice machines leaning against the walls, etc., and the floor was completely covered with drywall material. Had I known of the pest issues and the construction I would have chosen somewhere else, but since it was memorial day weekend, I did not have any option left

We were very happy with our stay. Our only issue was breakfast on Monday. We loved the breakfast on Sunday. However on Monday we were there 30 minutes before breakfast ended and there was nothing left. We loved our room and our time. The location was great as well. Very close to the stores and restaurants.

Middle of Remodeling

The hotel was obviously in the middle of remodeling rooms. So there was the normal materials (inside and outside) and debris. Our tv service was cut off for most of one day. This was very inconvenient. Breakfast was above average (food choices and plenty of seating).
