So disappointed in this stay. The room smelled. The water smelled. The shower didn’t spray. Our room was directly over the pool so we could hear everything from the pool. We could also hear every sneeze from our neighbors. If this had been more than a one night stay, we would have left. I would highly recommend avoiding this location.

Upon arrival their systems were down and the response was that we were more than welcome to find another hotel if we wanted. Front desk attendant Jaime was rolling her eyes at customers on the phone and in general acted as if she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. After two hours we finally got checked-in but our keycards didn’t work for the elevator or our room. Finally got rekeyed they stopped working again later in the night and had to be releyed again. The Ice machine does not work on the floor, no towels at the pool, room not having hot water, light in the bathroom didn’t work. At breakfast it’s very limited and presentation was lacking. I was very disappointed, I have never stayed at a Hyatt and had this type of experience.

We spent two nights here, and the staff were good. The food is good, but the room and furniture look very old; even the chair fabric is worn out. They should replace it with new furniture.

Don’t do it

Terrible. Hotel is under construction. Hot tub and bathrooms out of order. Pool made our skin itch. Weird stains in the room. There was still food left in the refrigerator from the previous guests and when I told the front desk, all he said was, that seems to be a problem today. So noisy in the room and the hot water didn’t work. We ended up leaving. Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

Nice location, currently under renovation so we will have to see in the future. Unfortunately room was a little dirty and the tub didn’t want to drain. Night staff was helpful, but day staff didn’t seem like they cared too much.

Old muffin wrappers and trash in foldout sofa bed. Quart size ziplock with teas in it left from previous occupants under suitcase placement furniture, crumbs and dirt piled up around legs of bathroom vanity.

The hotel was nice but the appearance could use some work and the elevators are a little scary. Other than that it’s a good place to stay for the money. The free ride to stockyards is definitely a plus.

We have been staying here a couple times a year for the last 5 years and always had good service from the staff. It’s a nice quiet place with easy access and parking. They are starting a remodel and it was still well kept and clean. Should be even better once it’s all done. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Not worth the money

Overall our stay was okay, definitely not worth the money we paid for a 2 night stay. The thermostat in the room we unreadable so we never knew what temperature the room was. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere so every time we washed out hands we got sprayed with water. We had a suite and the door to the bedroom didn't latch unless we lifted the door up as we were closing it. There was no hair dryer and the coffee pot needs replaced, the water trickles out slowly, it took forever to make a small cup of coffee.

Needs new carpet paint and furniture. The carpet has stains and is extremely worn. They put cardboard pieces under the dresser to level it because the dresser drawers would not stay closed. The light switches and plugs were worn and dirty. The shower head needs cleaned. Overall just not a nice hotel. I would not stay there again unless they do a complete remodel.

We have stayed at this location several times. Some construction was occurring. Neither of the ice machines were working and the staff appeared to not realize they were not operating (one was completely taken apart). The breakfast was good, many choices. The lady preparing the breakfast bar was very friendly. Easy parking.
