Overall, property was clean and area was safe and nice. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance or a short drive. Easy access to interstate 70. Guests staying in the floor above us were a little noisy after quiet hours.

Understaffed, incorrect room

Definitely understaffed at the front desk. Was here for a large tournament with most hotels in the area booked completely. One person at the front desk was not enough to keep up with check ins. I reserved a two queen room and was given a room with a bed and a pull-out couch and I wasn't even the only one on our team that was given the wrong room type. I was supposed to talk to a manager who was mysteriously never on site and still hasn't called or emailed me to discuss the room issues.

The staff is always great, the pool is clean and warm, and the rooms are clean. We have stayed here twice now and both times everything was great, especially the breakfast. You can tell they tried to update the rooms, and the work done wasnt necessarily perfect, but it meets expectations and the price point is fair. Highly recommend especially if you have kids.
