Relax in paradise! Top floor condo with a one level floor plan. All new furnishings, carpet and paint. Lovely lanai to watch the golfers go by and enjoy the views and smells of the island of Maui. There are 4 pools in the Kapalua Golf Villas, with a heated pool right next to your building. Or take an 8 minute walk down to the world famous Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay beaches. Swimming and snorkeling at your fingertips. Walk to the Seahouse for any meal or the famous Merrimans to enjoy the best setting to have dinner or pupus on Maui. The condo is equipped with WiFi high speed internet, 2 large flatscreen tv’s and DVR service. If staying in is your meal of choice a fully equipped kitchen will be waiting for all you gourmets. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with private entrance into your own master bathroom. You also have a private lanai to peak out at before venturing out into your spacious living and kitchen area. There is an additional half bathroom in the condo where your guests can use, without venturing into your master. We start you off with starter supplies of toiletries as well as kitchen amenities. Fabulous Golf Condo at Kapalua

Great location at Kapalua Golf Villas

Property is great for a couple of travelers or maybe couple and a small child. Owners have everything setup and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Kapalua Bay Beach, Napili Beach and Seahouse and Merrimans are all surprisingly close and walkable. Otherwise easy to park at the beaches if you arrive early am or later in afternoon. Great sunsets and strolling on the cart paths after the golfers are off the course. We didn’t have tennis gear but the Kapalua Tennis Garden is close and looks very nice. I would stay here again if returning to Maui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is even nicer in reality and is in a lovely, quiet, relaxing location. Easy 2500 steps to Kapalua Bay. Honolua market is less than half a mile and Napili market 1 mile. Parking was easy and close. Property was super clean and comfortable. 3 pools to choose from. Bed and sofa were both very comfortable. Shower had perfect pressure. Everything about our stay exceeded expectation.

Perfect Villa

If you like a quiet, comfy villa, this is the one for you. Easy walk to the beach and coastal trail. Kapalua Beach is perfect for young kids and snorkeling. We swim with turtles which was one of the highlights of our trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Kapalua Golf Villa

Great location and the free shuttle was handy because parking is difficult near the beach. Beds were comfortable and carpet was new. The covered deck was nice and the a/c worked great. The extra beach chairs and cooler came in handy. The tub/shower was very slippery, only because I recently had knee surgery made it very difficult to get in/out. Kitchen appliances could be maintained a little better, the stove knobs kept coming off, the dishwasher rollers didn't work and the fridge deli cover was missing. That is the only issue we had, but if you don't plan on cooking it won't be a problem. The Kurig worked great and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and cookware.

Well stocked.. Good amenities.. Manager was communicative and immediately fixed air conditioning within 24 hours. Had a great time. Toilet roll holder needs an Allen wrench to tighten down to secure to wall.. All else is good.

We have stayed at Kapalua Bay Villas so we knew the location would be amazing. The property was just as described, the furnishing were quite nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The bed was comfy which was outstanding since we had an awful bed on Oahu. The owner answered my questions promptly and we had no issues. I would stay here again.

Great Kapalua Location in an Updated Condo

Brent was a terrific and very responsive host. A little confusion on the check in process that was mostly a VRBO issue. Brent was quick to respond and get me all the info I needed. Upon checkout, Brent graciously extended my checkout time. It’s a compact but well-designed condo that is ideal for 2, possibly 3 people. A wonderful front deck overlooks the golf course. Bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TVs new and large. Very clean, although I detected a couple of roaches across my 10 days. I think they are everywhere in that area, and hard to prevent. An ice maker and filtered water would be nice additions. All in all, it met my expectations and has my recommendation.
