Staff was friendly and accommodating to store bags before and after check-in/check-out. It was .8 mile from the Ferry, and 1.2 from Duval St. Most thibgs walkable if you are experienced in those distances. The Palms was great, great room, and pet friendly.

I'd give it 5 stars easily if our room wasn't next to pool which is VERY noisy! They also mounted the toilet directly up against the sink so you can barely sit on it. Breakfast was decent, but needs to start earlier in the morning. The room was VERY clean, had USB ports in the lamps & a mini fridge. The bed was super comfortable!

The property was beautiful, the room was clean and just what we needed. Not super walkable for us, just didn’t feel super safe at night although we may could’ve walked a different way, we came up on the cemetery and I decided to get a quick Uber… which was literally like 3 minutes. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Overall for a property built in the late 1800’s, the property itself was in great shape. The breakfast was good and hot - better than expected. My big complaint was about the internet and TV. The internet was slow - when it worked at all. This was especially annoying because they didn’t have any mainstream television - only streaming. The internet was constantly buffering and was truly unwatchable. I would also add that the room was so light due to a spotlight right outside our unit. The blinds were inadequate to block the light. The curtain that covered the glass in the door didn’t cover the glass well - so not only was there too much light but also a lack of privacy.

Some of the hardest working staff I've ever seen. Beautiful shower, more than decent breakfast for a facility of this size. Nice outdoor seating. Love the White Street location. Limited onsite free parking but I had no issue with free street parking this part of Key West. Only negative was no microwave when I wanted to reheat restaurant food I couldn't finish. Not a big deal for me.

Great location. Room was clean and need. The staff was friendly and courteous. The pool was awesome with its little Tiki bar and happy hour at 3. We will definitely stay there again.
