We had a side tower view which was amazing. We saw an amazing sunset every night. Unit had outstanding amenities. From cookware to utensils to spices and dishes, towels, etc.. All our needs were met. I want to rent this unit again!

Great location wonderful property great proximity to the town of Kihei. Walk from your room right to the beach or the pool. good swimming and walking beach, the room was simple but very nice. It had all the amenities to I'm going to smoothie or Margarita to making a waffle for your breakfast would stay here again!

The good: the parking was free, the mattress was decent, the kitchen had all of the essentials and was pretty clean, the pool and jacuzzi were great for our 6 yr old. The bad: location was on a highway so there was quite a bit of road noise (+ 3 sirens the first night), it sounded like a thunder storm every time someone opened their sliding door, the condo itself was outdated with clear remodeling but no attempt to cover (e.g. light fixture replaced but wall behind not smooth or patched), the beach was really close but not great as the waves were bigger and current strong so our 6 yr old could not swim, the water was not clear and the sand was coarse so we drove to other beaches that were nicer in those respects, wifi was very slow. The ugly: we saw a cockroach several times in the bathroom, there was only one extra tp roll to last us 4 days so we had to buy some more, the towels had stains on them, the shower didn't drain well, and the management office where you check in smelled like pee. Overall, not bad if you're on a budget and have a rental car to go to other beaches but def a solid 3 star property with zero frills. If you want a swimmable beach on your doorstep and don't have a rental car I would spend more for another spot. This is not a trendy place and there were mostly older folks there. We were not as impressed with Maui after having a magical time at the Big Island so if you haven't decided, go to there. And do not do the Road to Hana if you get car sick!

Air conditioner was a hit and miss, intermittently worked, towels / bathroom rug was very dirty / aged - not usable at all, hot tub was out of service, shower tiles appeared dirty - showered with flip flops, the trails to the beach and beach view saved the over all score. Overall, “ok” but didn’t go to Maui for the hotel so trip was just fine.

Right on the beach! Condo was nicely furnished, they provided beach chairs and ice chest which was really convenient. Great location, ready saves to dining, shopping and activities. Initially we had an issue, we paid for an ocean view but were given a partial view. After being given the run around we were moved to an ocean view. Minor issues with the appliances but those were quickly fixed. Overall great experience would recommend. Reasonably priced, family friendly.

I think this resort can be a bit hit and miss. The location was absolutely spectacular but the particular apartment we stayed in was rather dated, not very clean and I think a lot of people would have complained about it. I hadn't understood that the apartments are "owned" by people and let out as holiday rentals by companies when they're not there - I assume some sort of timeshare arrangement - and so you can either get something absolutely great or something mediocre. We didn't luck out unfortunately, with mildew and scale around the shower tray in the bathroom, along with really dusty AC and no cleaning products available to use. The dishwasher also didn't work. In the welcome book, it states that it's been given a thorough clean (which I doubt) and that any cleaning products aside from laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher tablets are a guest's responsibility. I was reluctant to spend more money on cleaning products for a week, especially considering they'd go to waste. However, the positives were having a nice balcony (lanai) with an amazing view, a washing machine and dryer, good wifi and free parking! The location was also great - you're not far from Kihei or Kahului and there are plenty of food and shopping options in both of those. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it and the resort itself was quiet and right on the beachfront.
