I loved the Killarney Plaza, and we had a lovely King Suite with a view of the Killarney National Park gardens out our window. However, renovation was going on in the next room, which began at 8:00am, and finished at 5:00 pm (1700) each day. I do not think that guests should be placed in this area. It made for a very restless stay. The hotel is gorgeous and the suite pristine and beautiful furnishings.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and is very centrally located. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Killarney that is walkable to everything in town.

Would absolutely stay here again. So convenient to all the action in town but still very serene. Parking garage seemed not quite sufficient, but the public lots were easy and just as convenient. Loved the pool area. Our favorite stay in Ireland!

Beautiful hotel on an amazing location. Gave it a 4 out of five as the Nesspresso machine had a crack in the carafe and leaked in my wife’s purse saturating it. The hotel’s response was underwhelming. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Somehow the scrambled eggs tasted and looked like gelatin. No place in the bathrooms to hang towels. Sliding glass doors to hang coats almost broke as the open safe got caught in the mirrored doors

Friendly staff, fantastic location & a very clean, well-maintained property… didn’t get a chance to experience the spa facilities, but they sure looked tempting! The only note would be that the access from the garage to the main hotel was tricky and involved a couple short flights of stairs, which was a bit of a challenge with the ton of luggage we had… we did eventually find a stair-free path through the back-of-house, but improving the way-finding may prove helpful… But seriously - a minor inconvenience given the overall wonderful stay we had!
