Hotel is very clean. However it is good to have AC on all the time as it helps prevent bites. But the sheets are too thin for you to be able to leave ac on. Showers need shelfs for soap etc Orherwise great place to stay

The property was clean, and they did a great job with the upgrades and renovations. However, the breakfast was quite unimpressive. I do believe this is a great property with a lot of potential — it would have been nice if it felt a bit more lively, especially around the pool area, which could be better utilized for entertainment. Bringing in a top-tier chef could elevate this place beyond what the management might imagine. That said, the convenience of a short stay and the cleanliness of the room made the visit rather pleasant. I would stay here again.

The staff especially the manager Joseph was superb! The friendliest staff I ever met. The hotel was very clean. The food was excellent. If I am ever in Kingston again I will definitely stay here over and over again! The S hotel lacked on Nothing! Thank you S hotel. I would give a 100000000 stars if I could! All the staff at this location deserve a raise!

The S Hotel in Kingston provides an exceptional buffet breakfast that is health conscious and gives one a taste of the Jamaican cuisine. Facility is very clean, amenities like gym is in great condition. The attendant that checked me in was not adequately trained to address a situation when a guest was delayed a day.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a peaceful night’s rest every night of my stay. I’ve stayed here twice and I’ve loved it both times. Super convenient location because you can get everywhere you need to get. The pool is great. The property is clean. The staff is super nice. This is where my friend and I stay if we want a little luxury when we’re in Kingston.
