Property was nice and clean, the staff were very helpful. Just wished the nightlife was happening and the restaurant had authentic Jamaican food. Anyway, I was told that the S Hotel was more of a business type clientele.

Great location! The complimentary breakfast is good. The business center, gym and pool are great. The lobby is well designed and great for networking. The rooms are a little small and the desk area is used to sell merchandise, which takes up a lot of space on the desk if you need it to do work.

I decided to go to Jamaica for my birthday and specifically wanted to stay in Kingston. After narrowing my search down to three (3) hotels, I finally decided on the S Hotel Kingston and I’m so glad I did. This hotel is nice! The ambiance was upscale and chic, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of food options at breakfast, pool and spa area was on point, and I had the best Virgin piña coladas I’ve ever had in my life at their bar! The hotel is located in Kingston and guard gated right off a Main Street. Conveniently located by a gas station and grocery store. My friend and I walked from the hotel to various Kingston landmarks including the Bob Marley Museum and Devon House, and felt absolutely safe while doing so.

Great Stay at the S Hotel, Kingston! My recent experience at the S Hotel in Kingston was delightful! The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The service we received was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. As a VIP member, I expected a bit more in terms of special treatment, such as an upgrade or perhaps a complimentary spa service. While we did receive a nice bottle of average red wine as a VIP perk, I feel there was an opportunity to enhance the experience even further. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I would recommend the S Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Just a little extra attention to VIP members would truly elevate the experience!
