The Manager at this property should be fired. I arrived at the pier and was picked up with a sign with my name on it. At check in I gave them my passport. They took me and another family with a child to room 002. There were 2 rooms with a shared deck. I thought this was strange because I booked a deluxe room and the photos on Expedia showed a private deck. I went to lobby and told her I think Iâm in the wrong room. She yelled at me! No you booked a family room. I said no I did not, she said yes you did. I said I want to be moved. She said no I cannot the hotel is full and the entire island is full. I went and spoke with her every morning and she refused to move me. On the morning of my last day after being there 4 nights I went on the website and looked at the pictures of all the rooms. The room I was in 002 was The family room. The 2 rooms were together as the family room. So they put me in someone elseâs room and sold my deluxe room to someone else. Not only did they screw me but they screwed the family that was supposed to have the entire place to themselves. I went to desk she yelled at me what is wrong now you here so early, it was 7am. I told her that I new I was sharing the familyâs room and told her I was leaving and I wanted a full refund! She said I did not know you were a American? Anyway I got a refund and left, Beware. She did not refund me the money Expedia earned so thatâs something I have to deal with next! Unbelievable
