If you are looking for budget in s good location, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is old and can do with an update. But I was looking for budget in a good location. Cleaning is minimal and fresh towels is provided everyday. Staff seemed pleasant. I ate out everyday as there are plenty of choice so can't comment on the restaurant food.

The only saving grace was the bed which was firm. There was no amenities in the bathroom. Just a towel, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The charging outlet was not working. The shower was small and dirty around the edges.

Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Only criticism was the waste bin in the bathroom needed a bit more cleaning/sanitising. Short walk to Temple St markets. Really handy to the subway.

We booked a double bed for me and my partner but upon arrival we were told they don’t have a double but 2 single bed instead. The staff suggested to have the beds together so can have 1 bed. It was okay, it worked aside from the hard lining of the bed in the middle. Also beds were not soft, I find it hard. The room service staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was clean but small. We ended up upgrading to premium room. Standard Room does not comfortably fit 2 people with 4 luggages.
