We booked a last minute stay at this hotel. It's perfectly located from for a City break its about 10mins from the Train station and a few minutes from the old town. The room we got was located on the 2nd floor above reception so overlooked the road. However it was so quiet we didn't hear anything from our room. The room was massive with plenty space, however the layout was probably not the best, the TV was across the other side of the room from the bed so you couldn't really watch TV in bed. Given we were English guests there was no English tv Channels available. The room was spotless. The reception staff informed us that we had to inform reception if we wanted our room cleaning which didn't bother us for 2 night stop. The breakfast is ok. Its a simple and basic breakfast. My only critisim is they didn't seem to turnover the empty dishes quick enough. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Instead they have a communal coffee/drink machine on the first floor. Lastly i recomend booking and making reservation at the idependently run Duck restraunt attached to the hotel. We opted to eat here both nights. The food was fabulous and a great way to try polish food!

Staff was amazing and helpful, gave guidance to restaurants and arranged for my taxi back to the airport. Absolutely perfect central location and breakfasts were very tasty at the Black Duck. Beautifully decorated and remodeled, oh and hot chocolate free in the common break room, i had 8 cups, yummy!

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. And there is someone at the front desk 24/7 which is very convenient. The room I stayed in was very cute, quaint and had everything I needed. Bathroom was clean, in good working condition with instant hot water and stocked with body wash and shampoo. The breakfast is included. There is a very good coffee machine in a common area, with fantastic espresso, free refillable water tanks and a sitting area. Very clean, quaint and comfortable hotel. Great location too. There’s even a nice restaurant at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I visit in a free months.

Fabulous Hotel find

This is a fabulous hotel in the old town. Ideally situated 5 minutes walk to the square. Stayed here with 4 friends we all had single rooms which were spacious, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Free safe with bottled water and toiletries replaced daily. Breakfast was continental with lots of variety, cheeses, cold meat, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and lots more, you will not go hungry. Staff were amazing, as we had an early return flight we given a breakfast bag that contained 2 lovely sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, water and juice..

The hotel was located perfectly for us to get into the old quarter and to visit various places of interest. The breakfast was fantastic and on the day that we had to be up early for a tour, they made us a packed lunch to take away with us as we would miss breakfast, which was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. Our thanks to all the hotel staff.

Lovely Hotel right in the centre of Krakow !

Lovely stay and very unobtrusive presence from the owners.The room was spacious and clean with great en-suite bathroom. Lovely and quiet at night too - fantastic !

I really appreciated their help booking tours and transportation. We enjoyed using the sun room, the Orangery, and the free hot chocolate was perfect on a cold day. It is right in old town but on a quiet street which was perfect. Our room was really spacious.

The room was spacious and clean , beds were very low though and small for the taller person. Breakdown could of been better , more choice of hot food , bacon etc , but fresh fruit cereals etc .it was perfectly located for all amenities , the staff are fantastic always helpful. Organising anything you want , taxi , trips , restaurants. I nice little touch is the orangery with coffee machine, so relaxing in there ,we also used the restaurant in the evening beautiful food the duck was outstanding. We had an amazing time , thank you.

Rooms large, comfortable and very clean. Excellent location. Breakfast great. 'Black Duck' restaurant next door is very popular for a good reason, but may need to book. Excellent packed lunch if an early start for a trip and you miss breakfast.
