Room immaculate cleaned every day .Perfect location right in the middle of KL .Raja Chulan monorail station nearer than Bukit Bintang. You can use pedestrian walkway to access Petronas Towers and shopping areas also Aquaria KLCC.

Room and customer service was generally fine. But the check in experience was poor. I asked three times in the days before and morning of arriving if early check in would be possible and what the price would be. Each time I was only told to that they would check availability when I arrived and never told what the fee would be. When I arrived, I was offered an early check in but at a ridiculous cost higher than the daily rate. After that, they insisted I had to pay the nightly non-resident tax even after I showed them my Expedia booking confirmation clearly stating that Expedia would pay this tax to the hotel and that I would not need to pay it. The staff had no interest in looking into the issue or taking it up with Expedia, instead insisting there was no option but for me to pay the additional fee myself.

The room was great. Staff was great. The room was very large and the view was incredible. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Just 3 or 4 blocks from the pedestrian walkway that was above the traffic and air-conditioned. The rooftop pool was above and beyond my expectations. The water temperature was excellent and the views couldn't have been better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Only issue I had was waiting for the hotel to confirm if a 'tax' was paid. They were insistent that I had to pay, when I read the fine print, it said hotels/expedia had paid it already. There was confusion, and it delayed us to getting into the room. I don't think this is a guest issue to be on top of it, it should be the hotel itself that should have their information squared out.

We always stay here, it is our preferred hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Large room, clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to the monorail and main shopping area of Bukit Bintang, but far enough away to still be quiet.
