Near the shopping street and many famous restaurants. Wasn’t have enough time to send post card and the front desk wasn’t like the other hotel, they refused to help but told me the location of post office. Staffs were polite and room was clean. Sunny and hot.

Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the shopping street with many restaurants options. The tatami room is very nice! Parking is not quite friendly as it doesn’t allow to drive out once we parked, so please take this into consideration when you book this.

Looooved this place. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel restaurant I ever been to!! Lots of different food available and super delicious and best of all it’s a cheap option for breakfast before heading out for the day. The room was nice and clean. We had a nice view of the river outside. And super close to the food/shopping area which lets us explore at night without being far. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel !!

Booked the no clean service double room and honestly I would do it again! This hotel is close to ginza section, great view of the river. Close to the sakumachi bus terminal only 8 minute walk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, why are you still reading?!? Book! It’s worth it!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We booked the Basic Twin Room. The bathroom is quite old. It was very different to where we stayed in last year (we got a "new" room). I think this needs to be renovated, but the room itself is quite comfy, except the air conditioner. We tried to set the temperature to the lowest with high fan, but the room was still hot and stuffy especially when sleeping. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the stay. We got a nice view of the river, the hotel was clean, staff were polite and friendly to tourists, breakfast was very good, and is within walking distance to Sakuramachi.
