Its has much space than our hotel in Osaka. The bathroom was perfect- love the rain shower. The hotel is next to 7 eleven which is very convenient for us...everyday konbini experience. Very clean and lots of good amenities. I love the in house onsen experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends who will visit Kyoto.

We loved this hotel because it was convenient, clean, and easy to access. The only thing that I would say that I didn’t like was the smoke smell on the area to enter the elevator because the smoke room was right next to it.

All about this hotel was good except for the size of the room. At least the one we got had absolutely no space to even open a suitcase. The bed took 90% of the space in the room. Other than that, location, service, and food would be its strongest points.

It’s very clean and well kept! This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the central part of Kyoto like Gion Kawaramachi so you can save on taxis as well. Didn’t use the subway so not sure how accessible it is from that POV. I recommend :)

The space is limited. The first room that we were assigned had a strong curry smell. We were then moved to a different room with no view.

The hotel looks much better in pictures. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong smell of smoke coming from a smoking room right next to the lobby and elevator, and the smell carried throughout. The room was very small and felt cramped. There was no proper place for luggage, and the space under the bed was inconvenient since you’d have to pull your suitcase out each time. There are no space to unpack clothes at all.
