The room was super clean! And the staff were lovely and super helpful if asked any questions. Only downside is the beds are extremely uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be an awesome addition to the rooms!

The beds were terrible uncomfortable. Hard as hall. The pillows were matching, making it impossible to have a decent night. One of the worst hotel I've even slept in. For the price I'd rather sleep in a netcafe because it would be the same. Staff wasn't Japanese and didn't listen to explanations. Kept asking for my kids ID when the kid is Japanese and isn't require to show anything since he's also a minor. There was no pyjama. And no bath. Shower only.
