When we arrived in our room there was a big deodorizer running to get rid of the smell in the room. My husband later found mold spots all over the wall behind the TV. The deodorizer made the room smell like chemicals.

Don't let the price fool you, this place was a great value. Very clean, breakfast and a pool. The room was in top shape with a super new bed. Right across the street from the river (great outdoor summertime bar). Has resteraunts within walking distance, or a 1 mile drive to downtown. Would highly recomend!

For the price we paid $350 flex price because whatever was happening in LaCrosse at the time, its was disappointing. Near 4 or 5 tiles around the toilet bowl were cracked, and ever time you stepped on one you felt like you were going to fall through the floor.

The room was clean and quiet. It needed some updating and care. Toilet seat was way loose. The fridge worked well but was wobbly in the cabinet when opening the door. The pool and hot tub needed a good scrubbing but were still enjoyable. The staff was nice. It was decent for the price.

I had zero sleep and I felt like I needed to had extra security to my door at night. Others staying there and outside, talking all night long and very noisy. The air conditioner was very noisy and. I would not recommend staying here.

The owners were very rude when i checked in. They in the past charged a 100 dollar deposit and this time the wanted 150. In the am when i went for continental breakfast there was nothing. Very poor stay

The staff the I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good, but a larger variety of fruit would have been nice. My biggest complaint was housekeeping. While I received fresh towels every day, my bed was never made. I did not expect fresh sheets every day, but having the bed made would have been nice. Also, the floors could have been cleaner. I found a fingernail on the carpet the first day I was there, and it was still there the day I checked out, so that tells me that my room was never vacuumed during my stay. Also, in the shower, the small bar was missing leaving holes in the shower unit, which made me wonder if the water that was able to get behind the unit would or already had set up a mold problem.
