For a special call 715 2 09 150 4. This beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 bath + outside shower , two story home sits on 6 beautiful acres. This home has been renovated with all new mattresses and bedding, appliances , bar/ ice machine, and an all around make over.
Conveniently located just a mile and a half from all of the fine dining,gift shops, and beaches in downtown LaPointe, you can bike there in less than 10 minutes, or take your car and be there in 5. The Big Bay Town and State Parks are about 5 miles from the house.
This house includes, a front and back deck for stargazing and grilling, a private balcony off the master bedroom, an outdoor shower, a bright spacious living room, screened sun room with games, and open kitchen/dining room to make and serve your family a wonderful homemade island meal!
Enjoy seeing lots of varied wildlife out your backdoor as the property butts up to the ever expanding Madeline Island Wilderness Preserve.

An additional payment request for 6.5% will be sent upon booking for a room accommodations tax that is mandatory per our town ordinance.
