You all need to stop charging paying customers to park!!! 20 dollars a night! Then charging money that’s not supposed to be charged. What if it’s someone that didn’t expect to pay an extra 500 hundred some dollars for you all to hold!! Then all the money you all charging…. Everything should work properly. Hairdryers!!! Toilet should flush correctly! I shouldn’t have to figure out how to flush the toilet.. holding the handle down until it flush correctly!!

1. I had to ask for clean sheets for the sofa bed. 2. Coffee maker was broken. 3. I paid the parking in the check in and my son in law had to pay again to enter the parking to take out the car for check out. 4. I approved only me ans my husband in the group of 5 (with the Pmark in the band) to approve charges but there were charges done in my account without our approval- so the Pmark did not work at all.
