Absolutely horrible stay horrible checked in third floor no elevators in the building refrigerator worked microwave didn't moved to another room instead of just getting a new microwave because it was bolted to the refrigerator so we move 301-2304 and get to pack in again and the refrigerator doesn't work check out 11:00 a.m. I requested a wake up call for 7:00 a.m. never received a wake up call at 11:00 a.m. when checking out went to get my $50 cash deposit I was told to give even though card was on file and my was harassed when by owner management and to employees upon leaving the my $50 deposit was thrown in my spouses face when she informed me how rudely they threw the money at her and I went in and asked him why he could be so rude the rude a.. said I'm not rude and then starts filming me with his phone I call police so do not go to super 8 in Las Cruces New Mexico ever you never ever want to go to the super 8 motel in Las Cruces New Mexico never ever ever go to super 8 motel it's the most horrendous trap House hotel with f****** might as well dead people in the stairwell unfortunately and just overwhelmed with management and everybody else's total lack of commitment to due diligence the gross incompetence LED to personal injury but they have nothing and I want nothing but you never ever ever stay at super 8 again so hey management of the super 8 and Las Cruces New Mexico I truly hope that a fire breaks out in your pants and you burn your own place down because it's a POS

It's a place to sleep and that's about it. The front desk lady asked three times if we'd already paid and I told her yes all three times and she still charged us for the room again. Then she brought in an older man to help and when I tried to explain she charged us again for the room he kept talking over me, interrupting, about the room deposit. I finally had to get louder and talk over him that we understood perfectly fine about the deposit but he needed to listen instead of taking over me that we had been charged for the room a second time. Not sure if he was being sexist in assuming I (as a women) didn't understand or if he just lacks basic customer service and listening skills. Finally, they got someone in the phone who was able to reverse the second charge. Older man tried blaming it on using hotels.com for the reservation, lady said she was new. Windowsill in room looks like it's never been cleaned, hairs were left in the bathtub, only two bath towels for four people. Will never stay here again!

Parking was ok. The room didn’t have any bad smells but there were spots all over the carpet. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was just cereal, toast, yogurt, oats and coffee.

The first room we were sent to hadn't been cleaned. The hotel computer system apparently doesn't know which rooms are clean and which are available. The cleaning staff knew, but their input isn't sought. The 2nd room we were assigned had multiple problems. There was water dripping from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The faucet on the sink wouldn't turn off and there was a constant drip. The drawers on the dresser were missing handles, so couldn't be opened. Communication with staff is abysmal. I filled out the online checkout form stating we'd check out at 11 am. At 9:30 am, a cleaning person came pounding on the door demanding to clean the room -- 1-1/2 hours before when I said we'd checkout! There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. A bracket for one was there, but no dryer. There was no towel rack above the toilet. It had apparently fallen off and never been replaced. On the positive side, the room was well equipped with beds, furniture (except no handles on dresser drawers), and TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The continental breakfast was decent, although could be improved by adding bagels or English muffins, milk, and liquid creamer for coffee. The coffee was good and the fruit and donuts were good. Overall, the property would benefit with some TLC, improved communication between staff, a better computer system, and proper observance of guests' stated checkout time.
