This was our 2nd time staying there and last time when we first came in. We had to ask house keeping to change our sheets due to curly short p hairs on it, when we pulled back the covers. They came in and we went down stairs. Our A/C was on 75 when we went in. We came back and they purposely set it on 64. They will not clean the room or provide towels unless you ask. The resort fee is bs. Before checking out, there was a ROACH crawling in the bathroom. We don’t have roaches at home. The place is disgustingly worse.

I’ve stayed in Vegas many times, and this was by far the worst experience. Parking was a nightmare—we drove around for 20 minutes just trying to find a spot. Once we finally got to the room, things only went downhill. The room was dirty, the shower was disgusting, and several fixtures were broken—including the door lock. Towels were only semi-clean, the walls were filthy, and the entire room smelled like mildew. We had to buy air fresheners just to make the space somewhat livable. This property is being run like a low-grade timeshare. The most shocking part? People were openly smoking weed and drinking throughout the property—including around the pools and walking areas—right next to kids. Security was on site at all times, yet no one ever said anything. For a family-friendly property, this was completely inappropriate. It felt unsafe and unsettling. Even in Vegas, you can’t smoke weed inside or near most casinos, so seeing it everywhere here was beyond odd. When I contacted the front desk about the broken items in the room, I was casually told they’d “eventually” get to it—no urgency, no care. If you’re traveling with your family or expecting even a basic level of cleanliness and professionalism, save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

The pool had a lot of kids in it which makes it pretty unenjoyable. There were beach balls and other pool balls being hit and thrown around. Multiple guests were randomly hit by the balls. The pool was also a little murky and the pool deck had quite a bit of trash left from guests. There is also no gift shop. Overall a good hotel. The rooms were clean and the A/C worked great. Getting a comped drink playing at the bar top machines was ridiculous. I didn’t see any green lights turned on on the back of any machines. How much do you need to bet and how often? Makes me not want to sit down at the bar top gambling.

A great deal for LV. Great service, clean rooms, parking included (and an overflow garage for busy nights!). Close to fun downtown stuff and to practical things (Walgreens, Dunkin, etc.). Nice pool deck with a lovely mellow vibe. Overall, my stay was better than expected. Would stay here again. It’s little loud in the area on a party night but that’s true of any hotel near Fremont. Take the front desk up on the free earplugs offer!

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was noisy. Carpet was dirty. Shower head was broken and water alternated between cold and scalding. Parking was limited. We had to switch garages which wrre also inconveniently far from hotel entrance.
