Had to change rooms in the beginning because the first room was dirty and the bathtub had a dripping leak. The next room was nice. The casino has the strongest smoke smell of any that we went into. They don’t man the desks during the week.

the room was in good condition. kept up well. my only interaction with staff was with Michael when we checked in. He was very helpful. The location is good as it is nearby to many places we wanted to see. very easy to get a taxi out front. We ate at Vanderpump. The food was wonderful. Madeline for coffee. Brioche next to registration was great for sandwiches and coffee. The rest of the food offerings seemed like high priced food court venues.

No hot water, they charged me extra and did not provide me with a statement as to why so I am having to dispute these charges. The hotel was extremely dirty, stains all over the carpet in our room. The dressers were broken, couldn’t even put our clothes away.

No hot water in our “upgraded” room, front desk told us to try turning on the sink and shower at the same time to see if that worked! No maintenance ever came to the room. We requested another room and were told “that’s a known problem with rooms at the end of the hall”!?!? Then don’t put guest in them, or fix the issue. There are plenty of other choices in Vegas that take care of their guest and property.

Overall it was nice and a very convenient location. My only complaints are the conditioner was full of water and the casino was so loud from the constant music. It was hard to even talk at the restaurants.
