I’m disabled, I specifically asked to not put me far from the elevator. They I swear put me as far away as possible. I didn’t have my mobility scooter with me because I thought it would be a short walk to elevator and room. Nope . I paid for a room on the strip but they put us on some side street . They have no refrigerator or coffee machine in the rooms . So If you want ANYTHING, you have to get from one of their restaurants and the prices are extremely high for everything. A regular coffee with cream, $8.00 and it wasn’t great . Johnny Rockets downstairs, a burger and frie no drink ,$26.00 . A bottle of water in your room $17.99 . Walgreens $3.49 same bottle. Parking , valet $40 a day , self parking $20 a day . They don’t tell you how to get out if the parking garage at check in . We were stuck at the gate to exit once we realized how , it took 15 minutes to get out because our room key wouldn’t work. And others were having same problem. This is not the Vegas I remember. It’s more of a rich person shopping area now . We left there and stayed a few nights at the Red Rock in Summerlin , free valet parking, free water . Restaurants were not nearly as expensive. They sent a free refrigerator to our room . Staff extremely helpful and nice . That’s how Vegas used to be. If my sister didn’t live there I’d never go back. If I do it will be to red rock , or stay with her . This time was a surprise party for her 50 th wedding anniversary so I couldn’t .

If a resort fee is not optional, then include it in the price. Otherwise it’s just bait and switch deceptive pricing. WiFi was expensive for a 3rd or mor device and stupidly slow. And a fee for opportunistic early check in is gratuitous. If the room is available, let me check in. If not, I’ll wait

I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel for Blacks or Hispanic people, very Racism, white staff member didn’t want to check us in, after we watch him check in over 12 white guests, he walk away when it our turn to check. Housekeeping staff ignore our room, we came back inside our room after being gone for 6 hours, housekeeping hadn’t clean our room or replace bathroom towels. I need been treat so disrespectful in my life, staying at a so call upscale Hotel! 10 thumbs Down for Rating.

Versailles tower is far from the pool. Pool is very small, cabanas look like cheap tents, not great, but the view a the foot of the Eiffel Tower is nice. Shower amenities had not been refiled before our stay, the windows are very dirty and gross, full of hand prints on the inside and dirty on the outside.

Our stay at the Paris was o.k. We were assigned a Room at the Versailles Tower, which previously belonged to the Horseshoe. So to get from our room to the Paris Casino, was quite a walk! Not to mention the “trip” we had to take from our room to the Paris Pool…. Because the only working Elevator to the Pool area was in the other tower. And no stairs option….. If you make it there early, you sit in the shade, go there in the afternoon, you bake in the sun, or you have to rent a daybed. People were standing elbow to elbow in the Pool. A drink cost you $23.-, a water $9.- If you need transportation to and from Airport….. the Paris has none! All in all….. we would not stay at the Paris again. It wasn’t such a good deal either, because their Resort fee per night was higher than the Room fee, and the “Free” WiFi will end every time you leave the property, and if you re install it they try to charge you $15.- every time. So watch your bill when checking out! They did issue a refund, but you have to argue your case. On the up side, our Room was spacious! But there is a “but” again…… no Coffee maker or Refrigerator! You have to ask for it! So all in all our stay there was ok, but will book somewhere else if returning to Las Vegas!

It was a bad experience for me , I were shocked by the resort fee ,It’s outrageous High !!!!! , at $62.95 a night ($126 total )on a Sunday and Monday night , and $5 a bottle of water at food court along with the food purchase . I will not recommend anyone to go there at all ,
