The lobby area was beautiful but room was terrible our view was backside of horseshoe and the vent system on the roof not a thing nice about it. Called down to ask for a room upgrade and was to check later. Not because they didn't have rooms but because the lady didn't want to deal with it I was expecting free upgrade told her I'd pay for it she replied that she was extremely busy with check ins. Then go to iron blouse the next morning and the ironing board was completely bent and would not stand imagine a somersault that was the ironing board and hair dryer and my hair is very short pixie would dry for 20 seconds and shut off. Such a elegant resort with crazy fees I would hope to have a ironing board and blow dryer in working order

I love that it is right across from the Bellagio fountain! Plus right next door to a CVS for those little things you forgot. Beautiful hotel, second time we've stayed. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location along the strip. We've stayed at this hotel before and we've always had a positive experience. Check in was a breeze this time. We came in before 4pm and the kiosks were available to use. The staff at the front desk were also on hand if you prefer that. One staff was also there to assist those using the kiosks. The pool wasn't crowded late in the afternoon, so there were lots of unoccupied lounge chairs near the pool. Lifeguards were very attentive, and would call out those who were not observing the pool rules. Lots of restaurants in and around the property, so lots of options to choose from. Wifi in the room was not ideal, only 2 devices allowed for the free wifi and we had to phone for assistance when only 1 device could sign in every time. Staff was very helpful in addressing this concern. On our 3rd day, we noticed the stuff on the tray got changed, and had to call front desk, in case we get charged by mistake. Was told they'd make a note on our room so we would have no problems on check out. Overall, we had another great experience at this hotel, and we will definitely be back.
