Disgusting place

I've had my reserves about staying in a hotel in the strip because I hear such bad things but planet Hollywood's decided to keep the fear alive with the room not being cleaned. Coffee ring stains left on tables, spill stains in bathroom wall, oh and a disgusting pair of lace underwear left behind on the side of the bed. I will never stay at this hotel or any hotel in the strip again.

It was good. The phone in my room Didn’t work. Used my cellphone to call housekeeping for towels a couple times. The restroom faucet was drippy. And there really needs to be a fan in the restroom. There isn’t one! Otherwise. The day was nice. Being in the middle of the strip is a plus. And having the mall in there is great.

Rooms were not ready on time when we tried to check in on self check in (which they push to do). Then when we went to see a front desk staff member, he was extremely rude, not helpful, condescending, and not welcoming. I was really excited to stay here, the interactions with staff changed that. Probably never going back.

When I checked in, I was told I could schedule housekeeping service at any time, so I declined the daily service. Two nights later, however, when I called to have my room cleaned and sheets changed, I was informed that since I had declined the service, it would take 24 hours to get it. Later, they refilled my shampoo and gave me new towels, but they did not change the linens. Lesson learned: Don't decline the daily housekeeping service.

Nice location for food joints and shopping. So many attractions close by. Front staff need to be more friendly and welcoming. They should provide Kattle and microwave in rooms. Very common in most of hotel these regardless of type of room you select.

UNACCEPTABLE

I’ve been to Vegas multiple times and have stayed in multiple hotels on the strip. I booked a room at Planet Hollywood because I was going to a concert there. I was an hour early before my dinner reservations and the line for check-in was so long, it went into the elevator hallway. AND the kiosks were all down. Unacceptable! If just one of there slot machines goes down, they get it fixed immediately! So, after standing in the super slow line for 45 minutes, I left and went to dinner and immediately after went to the concert. I figured after the concert I would check-in. NOPE! Check-in ends at midnight. So, I NEVER got a room.

PH is an unique casino, had variety of dining options and their food was phenomenal each unique . Lots of shopping spree inside the casino, pool was awesome. Though the only thing i didn’t like there wasn't a daily room service, had to call to request things but they would bring right away. Other than that its an awesome casino and would definitely stay again there.
