Staff during check in was very professional and helpful. Room service only came two days. One of those days they just left towels in the room (did not make beds or empty trash). One of the maids did mention that they were short staffed and they were very friendly. Overall hotel was nice and staff were friendly.

This was the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at in quite some time. The front desk staff were awesome! We came to town for our son’s graduation from Fort Sill. We were super early and they were able to accommodate us. Fully expected them to say sorry to early but that was not the case. The breakfast was hands down the best we have had at a hotel. Also had to buy new cloths for our son due to him losing weight in basic and the front desk was able to help me put new holes in his belt. It’s the little things that make the trip great. Always greeted you and always said have a nice day. Keep up the great work!

Hospitality was absolutely great especially the staff that takes care of the breakfast. The room was not clean and the towels and washcloths were not clean and had a damp smell to them. The lady at the front desk the night we arrived was rude and didn’t have an answer for any questions we asked.

We were here for our son’s graduation from basic training. The hotel was newer, spacious and the breakfast was wonderful. This was a great spot for all of us to rest and catch up.

The mattresses in the rooms showed signs of significant wear that impacted comfort. I mentioned this to the evening staff, who assured me that the issue would be addressed by having the first shift replace the mattresses the following morning. Unfortunately, this did not occur. I believe it would be beneficial for management to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the mattresses throughout the hotel, as replacing them with new ones could greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
