We had a lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable and we had 2 fantastic nights sleep. The hotel felt a little tired, but the rooms were clean. The location is fantastic!

The hotel was nice and short walk to the city centre over a small bridge. Sainsbury's near by which was convenient. Staff were fine and professional from the few interactions I had. Only small negative was the bathroom was tired and the shower was not powerful. Overall, no issue with stay

Very Comfortable Hotel

Comfortable stay in an executive room, easy check in and check out process and discounted parking at Royal Armouries has always been safe to date. Easy walking access to city centre and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in immediate vicinity.

All you need for a short term stay.

A one night stay doesn’t lend itself to much scrutiny or memories, but I found the staff friendly and helpful; the bed was comfortable, I had everything I needed. When was cold , a heater was brought to my room, which solved the problem. Well done ‘guys’.

Comfortable hotel

Comfortable executive room. Coffee machine but no pods in room. Toilet seat cover doesn’t stay up when lifted but apart from these minor things it is a good hotel. Parking at Royal Armouries always feels safe.
