Good hotel and great stay as always, low stars simple because in the middle of the night the fridge started flashing like a 90s rave. Woke us up and hard to ignore

Really impressed, my first stay in a Novotel and it was ideal. Got parked ok, staff were lovely, hotel in great condition, room was nice and breakfast excellent...very happy indeed

There was some confusion when checking in, unsure if they'd actually allocated a room for us, the room was set up for four people and it was only booked for two... Unsure about the glass divider between the bathroom and the bedroom as even when it's set to be be clear you can see the person in the shower and when someone is still sleeping the light still comes through if someone uses the toilet in the night. Food at breakfast was good, coffee is awful though, definitely need a new supplier. Breakfast staff were busy chatting instead of clearing the numerous tables left with food and plates on
