This hotel is near the airport, which is great! However, we stayed in Room 134 and were greeted with a profanity written in sharpie on the nightstand. The heating unit was partially dislodged from the wall, exposing us to a strong draft. The facilities seemed outdated and dirty in some places. We were too tired after a long day of travel to hassle with requesting another room, but we were really disappointed with this experience and would not recommend it.

My first room they checked me into had cockroaches under the microwave and fridge inside their cabinet. That same floor had the fire alarm chirping every 30 seconds in the hallway. Finally i get moved to 3rd floor which seemed to be a little bit better, however, when you turn the heat on, the smoke alarm goes off. I might get in touch with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, and/or the state fire marshall because this wasn't okay. The staff members were notified, however, the woman was the only one who seemed empathetic. The night shift man, who was the assistant manager, just claimed there wasn't anything he can do because they are renovating soon. Also its been over a year since the elevator has been inspected.

There were little black bugs in the bathroom. Some kind of crawling bug in the toilet. I reported the issue to the front desk person and he really didn't seem caring at all. Had the excuse they were renovating. This was on the 2nd floor. They are renovating the pool on the 1st floor. Coffee wasn't refilled for the next day. There was a leaky ice machine that had a huge puddle of water by it for the 2 days we were there. A beeping fire alarm that never stopped beeping the 2 days we were there. Coffee for breakfast was terrible. Hot water for tea wasn't even luke warm.

Staff was nice. The room was overpriced for what it was. The curtains were shredded, the tub barely drained, and the tv picture was poor quality and didn’t provide basic stations. We missed watching a game of the World Series. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked.

The room was okay overall, but the wall unit was barely hanging off the wall when we arrived. Maintenance came the next day to fix it, but they left drywall chips all over the floor and didn’t fix the heat. We were traveling with three kids, including an infant. Thankfully, we always travel with extra blankets—it wasn’t too terribly cold at night, but the room was really cold in the morning. The ice machine on the second floor had a puddle of water under it the entire weekend. Breakfast was fine—waffles, a couple of cereal choices, eggs, sausage, toast, and yogurt.

It said that there was a shuttle from LNK airport to the hotel But when I called the hotel they said there was no shuttle due to mechanical problems with the shuttle. I had to spend $20 on Uber to get to hotel Uber took 20 minutes to get to the airport

Staff is not well trained. Couldn’t help with the tv, didn’t know the channels nor what company they use so I could look it up. Couldn’t tell us where a shopping mall was. Shower water was luke warm at best. Stains on toilet and shower. Hole and stains on curtain. Heater did not work. Room was extremely cold. Very poor quality for a Wyndham. Would not go back nor recommend.

They are obviously going through some renovating, and with the 3 rooms we had, smoke detectors, air units and outlets were needing a little attention still, along with finishing of carpet on our floor. But overall, I think it was very clean and has plenty of potential once they finish.
