We had a wonderful stay. Great wifi, bath (no plug though), toiletries smelled great, confortable bed, very quiet, lovely garden view, full length mirror, very clean linens, very friendly and helpful 24hr staff, yummy and varied breakfast (except instant coffee only), elevator (except one flight of stairs), and great location with transport and great restaurants within a block.

Best location and value for money

It was a pleasant boutique hotel right in the heart of everything. I was pleasantly surprised by how pretty the decors were and also given free snacks, drinks, teas and coffees in the room for the entire stay, I stayed somewhere else and moved here during my stay due to ease of access. I also extended my stay as I loved the hotel. If you are a tourist looking to walk everywhere and be at the heart of everything, this is a great hotel to stay in.

Hotel não tem respeito com os hóspedes

Hotel com uma postura bizarra para tratamento dos hóspedes. Portugal acaba de decretar lockdown em razão disso meu voo foi cancelado e mesmo assim tive de pagar pelas diárias sem nem ter a possibilidade de remarcar. Esse tipo de postura é totalmente descabida para o momento que vivemos, não há possibilidade de recomendar uma empresa com esse tipo de postura.

Hotel très bien situé. A deux pas de la ligne rouge du métro qui rejoins l aéroport. Tout près des transports pour visiter Lisbonne. Petit déjeuner correct.Chambre agréable mais mal isolée et voisins bruyants.

Personal und Unterkunft alles o.k. ! Buffet sehr gut ! Sehr gute Lage, Restaurant, Supermarkt, Metro 5 Minuten weg, und Bus direkt beim Hotel. Trotz ersuchen um vorzeitigen Zimmerbesuch erst um 15h möglich ! Taxitransfer hatte 15 min. Verspätung, also genug Zeit einplanen. Bitte nicht das Zimmer 503 buchen, Dusche war eine Katastrophe!!!!!!! Habe Bilder gemacht.
