Hotel overall was very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The mattresses were not as comfortable as comparable hotels. I would have liked more variety at breakfast but overall a good hotel.

This is a nice hotel, reasonably priced and conveniently located just 2 minutes from the Interstate. A Texas Roadhouse is just 5 minutes away. A free breakfast is available in the lobby, though I never took advantage of it. Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, but they have a weird "trick" arrangement where wall switches control the lamps, and you may plug your phone charger into an outlet in the base of your bedside lamp, and next morning, it is not charged at all. The thermostat in room 208 simply did not work; fortunately, the temp was OK for me as it was. There was *no soap* on the bathroom counter next to the sink. I have never seen that anywhere. They told me I had to use the front door, because the side door "wouldn't work" because of the weather or something. Anyway, despite these inconvenient points, the place really *is* a good value, and in fact, I am getting ready to book rooms there again in a few minutes for a Christmas trip.

I requested a room away from the elevator, so they put us right next to it. There were people partying in the parking lot late into the night. There were sirens all throughout the night, so needless to say the noise from the elevator & thin walls was the least of our worries

I have literally never felt so good about staying in a hotel before. I was hesitant to book after my previous hotel experience. But man. I was blasted by the most wonderful smell in my hotel room, the amenities were nice, the staff was wonderful and understanding... The food is absolutely incredible. It's been only one of the few hotels I've seen where the juice machines at breakfast work. The biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels were all good. There was generous cereal and oatmeal selection.. and MAAAN what I would GIVE to have those pancakes again. If you love yourself you will book a night here.
