We stayed for one night on our way back from holiday. The sofa bed was unfolded and made ready for our 4 year old to sleep in. Sticking out of the side, clearly visible was a large tissue, drenched in blood. We called reception immediately and we were moved to another room but I couldn’t believe it.

Night before flight.

Even though the room was clean and bed very comfortable why can’t there be enough on the hostess tray. 2 Tea bags, 2 Sugar, 2 Milk for 2 adults. Check in at 2pm checked out 8am. I know it sounds picky but should the guests have to go looking for these items.

Very clean rooms, convenient for airport, and friendly staff. However, no bath towels in room, kettle didn’t work, clanging noise all night from air conditioning which was turned off and noise from other rooms. Very limited menu. Ordered food which did not arrive. Ran out of drinks at the bar.
