Friendly and acommondating staff, nothing was to much for them. Good size room and although we were early our room was ready for us. So made up with the hotel, we left chocolates as a thank you. We definitely will be back!

Good hotel, not the best value for money

Overall good hotel, great location. Room is a bit noisy with busy road and single glazed windows. Value for money is not ideal, especially as no spa access is included in the price of the room (something that wasn't mentioned anywhere before booking). Also spa needed booking in advance (again, not mentioned). If reason of stay is the spa, might as well stay in another hotel and just book the spa in this one.
