Great spot in Liverpool!

Beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy and soft. We ate at the restaurant twice as the fish and chips were so delicious! You also get a discount if you eat there so that was great too. Everyone was very nice behind the front desk and the parking is free! There is no air conditioning but they do give you a pretty big fan which helped air circulation. Wish the window could have opened a little more (it only can open an inch or so) as there was cool air outside that would have been nice to feel!

Having been at this hotel before in a double room there were some bits missing for us !! No tissues in bathroom,no water or snacks sink wouldn't hold water little things but an honest answer and no slippers or gown .

Its central for both the train station but also for the city centre shops. The staff are friendly and the check in is also plain and simple. The food in the restaurant is lovely definately a good choice if your in liverpool i will definately be back

Liverpool experience

This is always our favourite place to stay in liverpool due to its excellent location. Reception staff are always welcoming and helpful as are the restaurant staff.

Great stay had at the liner, complimentary parking was ideal and the beds were comfy, great touch with the coffee machine in the deluxe double that we stayed in. The only negative was it was very warm inside the even with the windows open and it wasn't particularly warm day/evening. There's a fan, which we had to leave on all night. But overall a great stay, I'd certainly stay again. Thanks

Would stay again but would check room first

Had a great sleep and appciated the fan in the room and bed was comfortable enligh, room was very dark which is my mist needed. I however booked a king size bed tbeough hotel.com and when i got to my room it was a double and did not have time to go and speak to someome about it. Also the staff checking me in was lovely, however the staff checking out less then. The woman infront of me got a nice treatment of how was your stay etc during giving her key back. I gave mine back and she marked down the room, no i hope your stay was good or anything. Came off rude.

Friendly and helpful staff

Fantastic service; all staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Rather hot at times; would be better if window could be opened more and extractor fan would help in bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Free parking is a bonus.

My first Liverpool visit

Lovely hotel. Room was a bit warm but fan provided. Excellent location for Lime street station. Good restaurant and lots of drinks deals in the bar. Staff very helpful would definitely stay again.
