Only one person on check in which meant it was slower than it could have been particularly on a busy day but she did her best to keep the service going. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very big and comfortable. The complimentary use of the robe and slippers was a nice addition and good selection of hot drinks. Our room overlooked the train station and disappointingly we heard every announcement made over the station tannoy. We did plan to add breakfast on but the restaurant had no tables when we went down early Sunday so we went elsewhere. The complimentary parking was an added bonus and the hotel is close to amenities. Would stay again, would just ask for a room on the front not the back!

Stayed here twice before in an ordinary room and it was great. Paid for a deluxe room this time and was very disappointed. The main issue was the TV which was too complicated to use. Reported it 3 times and 2 people came to look and said they couldn't understand it either. The girl on reception said it was a superior TV as we'd paid for a delux room but she admitted she'd no clue how to work it either!.So we were unable to watch anything for the duration of our stay. We did get 2 robes that were about a size 14 and a coffee machine that we didn't use. The bathroom sink was badly cracked and dirt encrusted..Still like the hotel but would never stay in a delux room again.
