Nice welcome on check in, Room was large but felt a bit empty. could do with a bit of a freshen up. the carpet in my room was not in the greatest of condition. Overall I think 4* sums it up. Good food options.

Not tge quiet stay we were hoping for...

It was very noisy all night until about 4am so didn't get much sleep. I was told i was in tge quieter part of the hotel!!!! Too tired to notice much else

Stay was ok for money

Nice staff. Room was ok (shower in bath approach is dated, ceiling wallpaper lines visible, view was awful (technical air conditioning units on roof and crap everywhere in general). Noise isolation of my room was poor. Heard outside technical units booting up from my room with window closed at 11 at night... folk running down corridor laughing at 11pm... 60 quid on a friday night is still good value however...

Great hotel with ample parking which due to travelling on work was a necessity. Warm welcome at check in and great room. Nicely laid out and more than enough space. Nice to have Starbucks on site and good selection of food served in the bar area. Great find and will certainly keep it in mind when in the area again.

Hotel check in was very good. Everything else was rather disappointing. For example the shower had stains and would benefit from a proper clean.

Poor customer service

On arrival, my daughter and I were told the pool was closed. The room did not have any curtains or black out blind so the morning light shine through the gaps. The room was so noisy! I complained but was told there were no spare rooms. The hotel manager then offered a Starbucks voucher but I was told it could only be used in that branch of Starbucks. As we live in Yorkshire it was a totally pointless feature. Overall very poor

Would go again.

The room was comfortable and warm. As we're elderly, the receptionist gave us a room near the lift which was very helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The main drawback was that Liverpool were playing and the volume of the big screen TVs was deafening meaning we had to scream our order to the bar staff. I also thought a minimum of £7.70 for a small glass and £9.50 for a large glass of ordinary house wine was far too expensive. I WILL return, but buy only soft drinks!
