The room is renovated well and spacious. It was very clean and staffs were so kind. However, the heater didn't work well and I need to ask to repair at midnight because it was so cold.

Our room was very clean, nicely renovated and there was a nice breakfast area on the main floor. The staff was approachable and friendly. Great area, the White Oaks mall is right across the street. No issues receiving my deposit back right away. My family and I would stay again.

Very clean and modern design inside the suite, beautiful hotel, no complaints what so ever. But the area roads and parking lots can use some work.. other then the parking lots that’s a little to dark at night time, can’t blame the hotel for the roads , that’s something the the city of London will eventually take care of it soon, understandable that winter just finish 5 star hotel overall, just don’t drive your sports car into the parking lot

Another enjoyable stay at Comfort Suites.

We were in London for 6 nights, and once again stayed at the Comfort Suites…this is our 3rd or 4th time staying there, and will continue to be our first choice when in London. Staff are helpful and freindly. The hallways, main areas are clean and reception offers a small but varied selection of snacks and essentials, ie. toothpaste. The suites have been renovated and are comfortable and quite spacious.
