I had an unfortunate experience booking this hotel through a travel platform. Due to what appeared to be a system glitch, my booking was duplicated, and I was charged twice for the same stay. Despite reaching out immediately and explaining that I only needed one room and did not use the second, the hotel refused to offer a resolution, citing a non-refundable policy. I eventually had to resolve the matter through my bank. I hope future guests do not face a similar lack of support or flexibility.

Solo night away.

Was on 2nd floor overlooking the pub courtyard and parking. Was quiet despite looking busy on a sunny evening. The TV wouldn't work, wouldn't connect to the satellite but free WiFi and room service. Very clean, lots of space and bed very comfy

We booked at the Park as we were visiting friends nearby. It looked nice and it is independent so we took a chance. So pleased we did. Only great things to say. Room was perfect for us 2 twins I was travelling with my mother the restaurant was very good and ver nice to be in. The outside patio is tucked away on the side or up front and very welcoming. Just a very good feeling about the whole place and so nice to be in a smaller scale more personal place with fabulous staff from the moment we walked up to reception. Tha k you for a great visit. We do also recommend Godiva’s restaurant down the street. Such good food.

While the amenities were nice, much of the technology did not work. After 4 days we could still not get the TV to work. Internet service was spotty and inconsistent. Staff was not always available and often seemed disinterested.

The hotel was well located and the staff was extremely friendly- however the hotel needs to clean a little more efficiently - hair in the bathroom - my pet peeve. The parking was great- the only hotel in England that I stayed at that provided parking. I’d stay there again for that luxury alone. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely, clean, shame about the other guests!

Lovely room for families, all the amenities that you could possibly need. Unfortunately, our one night was ruined by the people above us who thought they’d run a marathon in the room ALL through the night! Not the hotels fault, hence why still a good rating. Very clean and tidy, bed was quite comfy, bathroom was spotless. But maybe noise could have been alleviated.
