I purchased this room through Expedia AND purchased the insurance policy and extra 20 per person. however the agent that booked it booked AC Beverly Hills not AC downtown LA where I needed to be. I had to buy a new room at the front desk at AC downtown LA and was told since it's a sister hotel AC Beverly Hills would refund me when I provided the policy number. I reached out through email, heard nothing. Called and was put on hold, disconnected and called again, and the call was dropped yet again. Finally was emailed that they would not be refunding me 2 weeks later. Terrible Customer Service and policies, they do not take care of their guests, people spending good money and getting nothing for it! I will not ever book with them again.

The water in the shower was luke warm. The staff member made an adjustment, but there was no change in the temperature. The front desk offered a change in room, likely with the same water temperature results. Very disappointed.
