This little hotel is the best! Robert the front desk and driver is awesome!!! Best service ever provided by the employee who took my call to arrange pickup from Burbank Airport and only 10 minutes away and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. The restaurant was out of steak because of some big event- horse show. But Bartnder was super nice and freindly.

We stayed on the New year night and we had to spend the exact 12 am moment by doing a late check in. The front desk person was so polite and friendly even during that late shift. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. A memorable stay.

The building is old but well maintained. Also, Scott was very accommodating to transfer us to a different room where it’s more quiet so we can get some sleep. All staff are professional and kind. Everything is convenient to the hotel’s location.
