Excellent hotel for the Burbank area

The staff were great; very friendly and even offered (delicious) cookies when we checked in! Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel was perfectly located for getting to Universal and the Walt Disney Studios with shops, restaurants and public transport a short walk away. Coast’s shuttle service was a nice, easy-to-schedule bonus. Thank you for a great stay!

I felt well pampered when I left.

Oh the hotel was excellent! I was there three days two nights and even on my second day or second night the maids did my room and that was really nice. The rain shower head in the bathroom was fabulous. The room I stayed in was on the third floor well appointed beautifully furnished. The staff there is just wonderful professional and friendly and attentive. Olives bistro is a very nice restaurant and also the bar seemed like it would be good I don't drink. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of parking.

We like this property. The hotel is clean, but there is a little bit noisy. We really like the shuttle to universal studio. It is free and pick up on time.

Large room, double shower, super friendly staff and bartenders. Very comfortable rooms and beds, easy short walk to sister hotel for laundry, microwave, and pool. Shuttle was offered but ended up not using it, very convenient location for universal studios, warner bros studios and hollywood

I'm a frequent guest since the hotel is located within walking distance of daughter's house. Staff is very friendly. Food in the adjacent restaurant is good. In 2 past reviews I have suggested a grab bar in the shower but still don't see one. This time I had the suite with a kitchenette. It was equipped fairly well. Since there was a sink to wash dishes, I would have liked real coffee cups instead of paper ones. The coffee is always good! It is always a pleasant stay.

We stayed on the 1st floor in the hotel and the rooms are very noisy from upstairs. I was woken up at 7:30 when people started to walk around. I think the floor is very thing. The hotel is old. The room is big and clean. They said we can use the swimming pool next door of the safari inn. But you will have to walk outside on the street in your swimming clothes. My advise is don't stay in the first or second floor. Just stay in the 3rd floor if possible.

The traffic was so loud outside it kept me up both nights. It was so loud hearing cars and people outside. Major downside is the fire station nearby. Heard sirens both nights. Not staying there again for the high price

Close to Universal for cheap

We traveled as a family of 3 to visit Universal Studios and the beach. We were able to stay close without paying $500 a night. The hotel is clean and smells amazing right when you walk in. Easy check in, clean rooms, and I loved the large shower. We got two queens, the bed was comfortable. It also shares amenities with the Safari Inn next door, no hot tub but the pool was heated so we were able to swim even though it was only in the 70’s. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
