We waited at the airport for an hour with a 5 year old and a 2 year old at night sleepy after 2 busses were full and could not add passengers. The driver of the last full bus allowed multiple passengers to get on instead of the family with 2 small children and then told us, “no more.”

I love embassy suites however this location is horrible, the lobby area and staff are fine. The rooms need upgrades the pool area needs upgrades. I understand it is near the airport so I’m sure it gets its fair share of guest however the rooms are ran all the way down!!!! They are screaming renovations please and the pool area just as nasty mold in the windows just not up kept, hopefully they consider this and upgrade the place.

You can hear planes taking off regularly. The hotel randomly ran out of hand towels. No complimentary water. Instead, they’re $5 for a bottle. Paint was peeling off the walls, but the bedding was clean and comfortable.

The food was terrible, seven meals three were satisfactory. There was so much salt on fries none of the three kids could eat them. Corn dogs so burnt even the hotdog was burnt. Grilled cheese with I think was bacon, too burnt to tell.

Jessica in the front desk needs to be train a bit more. Checking in experience- no communication at all. Didn’t inform me how parking work at this embassy suite. No information on complimentary breakfast or WiFi. We did had our 2 fur babies (dogs ) with us and she basically roll her eyes for the extra paper work she needed to give us. Check out with Jessica. Wasn’t happy when I request a copy of my receipt. Other than Jessica, our stay was great thank you for all the staff for being so nice to my children and dogs. The lady in the omelette was super nice thank you :)
