Would have been nice if there were toiletries in the room available. I received an email several hours prior to my arrival asking if I need anything, let them know. My reply was never responded to. Must not of been an actual message, more like it was an automated message to all guests. Late night check in, exhausted from traveling, was a bit disappointed credit card machines weren’t functioning. Almost couldn’t get in my room without posting the $100 deposit

BEWARE. They charged me an extra $10 “services” fee. Then another $2 taxes on that fee. They did not disclose that until I checked in and read a flier on the counter top.
