Such a great place! Our kid loved the movie at the pool each night. Very chic vibe- loved the location so close to Universal and so glad we made time in the schedule to just relax at the hotel.

This hotel is great for guests of all ages. I stayed here with my family including 2 young children, but also appreciated the adult only hot-tub, lounge spaces and relaxed vibe for grown-ups as well. Our room was ready when we arrived, the trolley service was convenient and comfortable and the dining options on-site are convenient, affordable and enjoyable. Wonderful stay at a great hotel.

The property was amazing and the staff was great. However, when it says VIP experience, there was nothing that was included with that and we had a basic room near the elevator. We received a half bottle of wine, but I would’ve preferred a better upgraded room if it’s gonna be offered if it’s an option.
