Honestly this was just the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. I absolutely loved it here. Food was delicious, property was interesting, quirky and fun as opposed to the anonymous boring blandness of most hotels. Service was absolutely top notch. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Wanted to move in.

Very cool hotel, with a free shuttle to Universal! The decor and lounge areas are such a vibe! We had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel restaurant. Wish we had time for a pool day… next time!

Very nice hotel with courteous staff. Convenient to Universal complex. Hotel apparently has long term guests that live there and we noticed a bad ordor emitnating from their room and throughout the hallway. We told the front desk and they said thank you for telling us. Nothing else was done. Otherwise overall a very nice hotel with great friendly staff .

I've stayed at a few hotels around Universal for our annual Horror Nights trip and this is by far the best. Clean and safe parking lots, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, and a convenient bus from the front door straight to Universal. Only complaint is the bus pauses in the hour I would most want to travel to the park
