Charming but overcrowding affects experience

The hotel is undeniably charming—beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well located. However, it seems the management is trying to accommodate more guests than the space can comfortably handle, which impacted our experience at times. The pool area feels overcrowded when the hotel is at full capacity, and the same goes for the restaurant, making it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities.

This is a fun vibrant spot close to everything we need when visiting. Although we aren't in town to visit Universal, the trolley looks like a cute convenient option. Loved the movie nights at the pool and live music. What a fun Friday night. Two suggestions- I wanted to order a fun dessert for my daughter from the Front Yard but the man on the phone said "there were too many options to list" and pointed me to the online menu which only has cookies and ice cream. We were in our bathing suits and it didn't seem appropriate to walk over to ask for a menu. The front desk didn't have a menu or know either. Also, a note for anyone booking for the Peloton- it is no longer there although it's listed on the Peloton hotel finder. Everything else was lovely and the room was perfect.

Noise from 2 to 4am that woke us up every night. The bathroom mirror in our room was shabby and should have been replaced. Don't stay in room 219. Staff is great. Maid service was awesome.

From the moment we arrive, we are greeted by the warmest and friendliest staff who truly make us feel like family. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality set the tone for a delightful stay every time. We absolutely love the vibe of this hotel! The charming décor, cozy outdoor spaces, and inviting atmosphere create a relaxing oasis in the heart of the city. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beautifully landscaped grounds, it’s impossible not to feel at ease here. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. We appreciate the attention to detail, and the cleanliness is always top-notch.
