We went for my daughter‘s birthday week and their service was really nice. They came and cleaned every single day. I didn’t have to ask them in the come and clean and they did a great job. The only thing that was lacking was food we was told by the front desk that the restaurants on the fourth floor would be open. They were not. I’m not even sure if they even opened. The breakfast downstairs at the restaurant is limited days and hours, but they do have a café in the middle of the hotel that you can use. Getting to the restaurant on the fourth floor is an inconvenience because you have four different elevators depending on your color that you’re in you come down to the third floor and you can walk to the fourth floor or you can come down to the third floor and find the elevator to get to the fourth floor, but it’s kind of far for someone with a disability. That was like the only downside that we found but everything else was immaculately great

The hotel is big, spacious and has a nice aesthetic overall. Service is good. The part that I didn't like is the brown carpets are unsightly, look dingy and stink up the area. We requested a different suite and it was much better. I would consider staying again but only upgraded rooms without the brown stinky carpet.
