Confusion and frustration over our reservation and itinerary! Expedia confirmed 2 adults and 2 children on our itinerary, but Fiesta only had 2 adults! We had to pay extra charge for our children, but Expedia representative confirmed that Expedia will refund the extra charge...hopefully, this process will go smoothly. Fitness room and Blu pool were under construction. They moved the fitness equipment outside, but it was uncomfortable to exercise in the outdoor heat. Food was subpar!

They stay was wonderful, the views where better than we expected! Woke up to whales breaching every morning and able to watch them all day so clearly from our balcony! It was so much better than we expected but we loved every second! The food was just ok and it was either a long wait to get into a place to eat or it took forever for the food to come out. We got raw burgers from room service, twice. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful so all in all we did have a lovely trip and would do it again.

The hotel was noisy and filled with kids. If you want a relaxing vacation do not stay here. Also the pictures online are not what the hotel looks like. It is an older hotel.

This is a beautiful resort with so many wonderful features. We are at every venue and had fantastic meals at all of them. There are 3 pools, with one being adult only. The endless small touches were impressive (fresh flowers in the room, fresh fruit served at the pool, pool yoga, etc. The view was spectacular and we saw several whales jumping while we dined at some of the venues. It’s not really a swimmable ocean beach because of the rocky terrain, but you can still sit on the beach and wade in the water. That’s all I needed. The service was outstanding throughout the resort and the room was kept very clean. All this and we were only a 20 minute taxi drive to downtown and the marina. Perfection!

The property was very nice with all the amenities. The restaurants should have had reservations . I think that would it have been more accommodating so the wait would not be an hour and half wait each time you go for dinner. Also the food at some of restaurants could have been a little more tasty .

The resort was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pools were gorgeous and the views were stunning. I do wish personally that they had a more casual or buffet option for dinner.

What an incredible little getaway. ♥️ All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the a la carte Peninsula restaurant. Lunch at either the Cevicheria (amazing ceviche and tacos) or the Grill (great burgers). Favourite dinner by far was Rosato (Italian). They accommodated for dairy and gluten free for us so well. The gym was great. Clean and had a terrace you could stretch or workout outside. The grounds were so well kept. Rooms and the view was amazing. We were in a Superior Ocean king in the Villas. Whales all day long swimming in the ocean.
