We have stayed at this resort 3 times, loved it... But WOW did this stay open our eyes, the breakfast buffet over the peninsula is no longer there, that was an incredible way to start the day, but now it is in the 3rd floor, that is completely packed, crowded inside and so many people crowding over food, picking it up with there hands, even our server was right in front of us picking his nose!!!! The rooms were not as clean as previous, the staff that was ample was hardly there, the staff was always prompt and right on top of things, we had to ask for drinks several times, and even one time we were completely done with our meal before we received a sprite and apple juice! The servers rolled their eyes and were just rude! We were bombarded about going to a breakfast to join the club points, they repeatedly called our room starting at 7am to come to breakfast for the presentation, they will not take no for an answer. The staff at the front for the Spa was rude and the facial was subpar at best. The best part was the couples massage. The massage therapists were great! The food quality has went way down, the floor in blu was so dirty, i don't think the grout has been cleaned in years, the pools were slimy, and the quality from years past of being such a hospital and luxurious resort is a thing of the past, such a shame. Rosoto was excellent. You pay this kind of money and expect much more. Very Disappointing. We will not be returning.

The food and staff are excellent at this hotel. Lots of choices at restaurants and great bar service. Room cleaned daily a bonus. Only downside is that this is a family oriented resort so be prepared for lots of children. Otherwise we’d definitely come back.

Beautiful property in gorgeous Cabo Del Sol neighborhood. Very secure with great facilities, food, drinks, and service. Wonderful suite with a tremendous view of the sea. We had a great ten night stay.

The room was spotless and the cleaning staff meticulous. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. The staff were extremely courteous to a fault. They were super attentive and helpful. The resort property itself was beautiful and spacious. Had no problems finding beach loungers or getting into the restaurants. Wedding planners were outstanding too.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and provided great service. Standout staff included Francisco at the poolside bar, Alina, Martin, and Raul from Peninsula, as well as Salvador and Neftali from La Mexicana. This was my second visit, and i will definitely be back.
