Everyone we dealt with regularly was awesome, awesome pool service and bar staff, buffet was pretty good, too. No issues with the location or anything. Little inconsistent when they had staff changes, almost like some of them had different rules? Can only smoke on the beach or in the front of the hotel, they really need to set up a couple ashtrays on the beach side though. Would help with keeping that side cleaner. Overall for going with a group and having small kids we all enjoyed it

The staff at the hotel were not friendly nor willing to support. The food at hotel was horrible, cold, dry and seemed at if it was leftovers re heated. We were a party of three and all of us got sick and suffered diarrhea for all the days at the hotel. Currently still under medication after a week after of our departure. I love traveling to MX but would warn and not recommend staying at this hotel.

Everything was great customer service was really good , careful with people on the right when you walk in, they try and sell you and say it’s only half hour but it’s 3 hours of your time. You do get excursions but you trade your precious vacation time for them. Overall amazing time, great for families!

Trust the other low reviews. Cons: 1. Impossible to reserve any restaurants as the booking in the app is always full. We were there for five nights and got none. Staff was unhelpful when asked either. 2. The only dining option left is the buffet which gets old after two meals. Mind blowing how repetitive they can be. 3. Never enough lounge chair by the pools and guests get nasty guarding/claiming theirs. 4. It’s supposed to be a family friendly resort. The party music shook the entire building from 7pm to 1am with crazy DJ yelling nonstop. The first time I called the front desk said it’s going to end around 10:30pm or 11pm. The second time I called the guy hang up on me and said they are wrapping up. What a treat.

Check-in was quick and the staff were genuinely very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we felt safe and well taken care of at the resort. The location was great, especially being right by the beach, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. The options were repetitive and lacked flavor, so we often chose to leave the resort to eat elsewhere. On New Year’s Eve, there was no prior notice that the buffet would be closed. We were advised to order room service instead, which took about 45 minutes and included an unexpected delivery fee. Our room also had an unpleasant sewage-like smell at times, and the walls were quite thin—you could easily hear people walking by and noise from neighboring rooms. The drinks were also below expectations. While the staff and beachside location were definite highlights, the food quality, room issues, and noise level took away from the overall experience.
