The resort was nice. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. I wasn’t impressed with the buffet or the restaurants but I did like how late the buffet was open. The snack shop and the wood fired pizza place were both hits in the middle of the day while at the pool. I do wish the pool was open later (closed at 7pm). We didn’t go to any of the shows or entertainment they offered. We did take family photos on the beach as there are photographers on staff at a kiosk across from the bellhop desk. Not sure if we would stay again but it was a nice relaxing vacation.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, I was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. Firstly, I noticed a clear difference in treatment between guests who book through agencies and those who book directly with the hotel. It felt like an attempt to pressure guests into purchasing a membership, which was uncomfortable and unexpected. Additionally, I was very dissatisfied to learn that guests do not have access to the beach. We had to drive about 30 minutes to find a beach where swimming was allowed, which significantly impacted our stay. Had I been aware of these issues beforehand, I would have chosen to stay at a different hotel. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

A la carte restaurants were decent. The buffet could be better. Hotel is in need of a major overhaul. But you get what you pay for. Only way I'd come back is if its a really good deal.

Great for a family trip where you want to just enjoy some pool time. The staff were all very friendly and prompt. The buffet food area had a lot of options for dinner and breakfast, and the food was all great. There were a handful of restaurants, however it was necessary to make a reservation sometime the day before, and often there was very little availability. The process/timing to make reservations was not explained very well, and you had to use their app to do it, which was not the best. The restaurant food was great, but the menu's were pretty limited on what you could eat that you didn't have to pay extra. There was very little to do outside the property nearby. The pool was awesome and loved the swim up bar and beach bar options. The gym, basketball court, tennis, and pickle ball were all in bad condition. The ocean was very rough and the beach was not much of an option, but you could walk along the shoreline.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had to book two rooms for our family of 5, when we checked in they had our rooms on separate floors. They did nothing to make this correct. The food and drinks are terrible. The rooms and property are dirty. The staff at the front lobby are extremely rude and just do not care.

This resort was great overall. My biggest criticisms are as follows: I had trouble booking at the spa but was able to finally get in for a 50 minute massage. Upon arrival, noone was there. I waited alone for several minutes (i was early) then went to use the toilet. When i returned a long line had formed. By the time i was greeted, i was late. I then changed into the provided robe and waited to be called. My 9am appointment began at 908 when i went into my room. By 950, i was getting dressed. That means i was shorted by approximately 20% of my service. Making dinner reservations was unclear and the food in the 2 places i tried was cold and mediocre. The day i departed i was told i could use the lockers and showers after checking out until my shuttle. The cost was 5 pesos but nowhere on the property had change. The front desk had me ask the bellhops. The bellhops told me to try the bar. The bar suggested the store. This was a huge waste of time and i ended up having to give a fellow guest 100 pesos for their 5 coin. I got a room with the jacuzzi on the balcony and it had a broken off, dangling handle. There are signs everywhere saying not to reserve pool lounges but 95% are reserved by 8am. In the adult pool, there were 3 lounges available but only 8 people in attendance. Nobody was enforcing their own rule. The pools were great otherwise. The buffet was plentiful. The front desk were responsive when i had an issue. All in all, id probably go back.

We absolutely loved the 4th of July performance and dinner. It was amazing! The staff did an outstanding job! The evening entertainment could be added to. While the performers did work hard and did well, inviting some outside performers (magicians, Michael Jackson or other tributes) would be great.

Great family resort. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had an ocean view with a jacuzzi tub right on the balcony. Awesome view of both beautiful pool area and ocean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Entertainment available. Food could have been better. We would come back with family.
