It was disgusting smelled bad. “All inclusive” but barely had access to decent food the entire time. Nothing opened until mid day besides a breakfast buffet that your sick of after day 1. I would never go back or ever recommend this place.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this was disappointing. I let the front desk know right away about a broken bath plug in our room — I had to ask three times, and still, no one fixed it during our 3-night stay. Makes you wonder how they’d handle bigger problems.

Good deal great location!

People were VERY nice! The location was PERFECT! Great shopping and fun music across the street. Food was pretty good at the buffet and the hotel overall was in good condition. Prices were great too! The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the cheap pool chairs, towels that felt like sand paper (beach towels were thin & small and 1 didn’t cover the chair but couldn’t get 2).

The property was pretty clean, staff was friendly, wood fire pizza was delicious. The rest of the food was what you’d expect for an all inclusive. Overall a good experience though.

The pool,grout had what appeared to be black mold. My suggestion is pool needs to be acid washed. Also, pool chairs were dirty, they had a lot of stains and bird poop on them, they need a good cleaning. Rooms were clean and nice, bedding was a little too hard for my liking. Air condition worked great! Food was decent. Drinks had a weird little taste. we had an okay stay, but wouldn't stay here again.

Best food variety for an all inclusive in the mid range price. Very relaxing, friendly vibe. This is a perfect vibe spot. 5 minutes cab to downtown. Great beach location. Lots and lots of space.

Smaller resort than others in the area. Staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The pool area needs improvement with equipment like lounge chairs, umbrellas and food options.
